Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Roll by hand, and drop teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork in two directions to make crosshatch pattern. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Makes 24 cookies.
You can also roll the cookies and bake according to directions above. When the cookies come out of the oven, you place a Hershey Kiss into the center and you have “Quick Peanut Butter Blossoms”. I like to make these cookies for Christmas, and give them as gifts for the kids teachers.
